Integrations & Connectivity

Built to Connect With What You Already Have

Vignan Corp's platforms are designed to sit alongside existing enterprise systems — not replace them. From device-level protocols to enterprise application integration, we connect across the full stack.

Integration Architecture

Two integration directions. One consistent approach.

Integration works in two directions: connecting the physical layer (devices, sensors, hardware) to the platform's data ingestion layer, and connecting the platform's application layer to the enterprise systems where your teams work. Both directions are supported through documented, production-grade interfaces.

At the device layer, the platform supports the protocols and hardware interfaces that industrial, facility, and fleet environments actually use — not just the modern IoT standards. At the enterprise layer, a documented REST API and webhook delivery system provide the programmatic access that enterprise integration teams need.

Device & Protocol Connectivity

Protocols and hardware interfaces we support

MQTT

Native MQTT broker support for modern IoT devices and edge gateways. Supports QoS levels 0, 1, and 2. TLS encryption. Compatible with all major IoT hardware vendors.

Modbus RTU / TCP

Full Modbus support for industrial sensors, PLCs, inverters, energy meters, and legacy control hardware. Both serial (RTU) and Ethernet (TCP) variants supported through Vignan edge gateways.

BACnet / IP

BACnet/IP support for building management systems, HVAC controllers, and facility automation hardware — enabling direct integration with existing BMS infrastructure without replacement.

SNMP

SNMP v1/v2c/v3 support for UPS systems, network hardware, PDUs, and IT infrastructure monitoring. Compatible with APC, Eaton, Vertiv, Schneider Electric, and other major vendors.

OPC-UA

OPC Unified Architecture support for modern industrial automation environments. Enables structured data access from SCADA systems, industrial servers, and manufacturing execution systems.

CAN Bus & OBD-II

Vehicle data access through CAN bus and OBD-II interfaces — powering AjnaView's telematics capabilities including fuel data, engine fault codes, odometer, and manufacturer-specific PIDs.

BLE & Wireless Sensors

Bluetooth Low Energy support for wireless sensor networks — temperature, humidity, occupancy, and asset tracking sensors. Suitable for dense deployments where wired infrastructure is impractical.

Custom Protocols

For proprietary protocols, legacy device interfaces, or vendor-specific data formats, our engineering team builds custom protocol adapters as part of the deployment engagement.

Enterprise System Integration

Connecting the platform to where your teams work

REST API

A fully documented REST API provides programmatic access to device data, alert events, historical telemetry, and platform configuration. OAuth 2.0 authentication with role-scoped API keys. Sandbox environment available for pre-production integration development.

Webhooks

Real-time event delivery via configurable webhooks. Alert events, threshold breaches, device status changes, and data updates are pushed to your endpoint as they occur — no polling required.

DCIM Integration

Pre-built connectors for leading DCIM platforms enable bidirectional data exchange — asset registry synchronization, alert forwarding, and operational data push to your data center management tooling.

CMMS Integration

Alert events and equipment health data connect to CMMS platforms via API — enabling automated work order creation when conditions exceed defined thresholds, without manual data entry.

ERP Connectivity

Fleet telematics data, fuel consumption records, and maintenance events integrate with ERP systems for asset management, cost tracking, and procurement workflows — via REST API and scheduled data exports.

Custom Integration Engineering

For organizations with proprietary systems or non-standard integration requirements, our engineering team designs and builds bespoke integration middleware as part of the deployment engagement.
